As part of the Building and Linking Roots project, we organized a modern dance workshop on 11 july. In the "How to make a group choreography" program, the participants learned modern dance techniques, forms of relaxing movement and coordination exercises. A video tutorial of the workshop was made.

Project partners organize monthly online meetings to discuss the progress of project activities and next steps. The aim of the project is to enable young people to learn about the roots of the cultures of the participating countries and see how they all coexist and influence each other. Not only will they discover some history through the project, but they will also learn the specific elements that can be learned through art (music, dance, poetry, etc.), while developing their creativity. The project will help them to realize the importance of intercultural dialogue in order to achieve a tolerant, empathetic and respectful society. They will also be able to pass on what they have learned to their environment (family, friends, classmates).
